Use UV screening cosmetic products
Repeated overexposure to the sun can age the skin prematurely, making it wrinkled and leathery. Hands, face, neck are the most exposed areas which show the signs of aging. Use a good sunscreen with sun protection factor (SPF). If you usually burn in five minutes without any protection, when you us a sunscreen with an SPF of 10 you can stay in sun for 50 minutes.Avoid the sun between 11a.m. and 2 p.m. Radiation is at its most intense at this time.

Eat fruits, vegetables and fish every day
Consume more fresh fruits and vegetables and you’ll do your skin a very good turn! Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant. It helps to protect those cells in the body that produce collagen; the main support for your skin. Food containing vitamin C such as an orange, yellow pepper, broccoli, strawberries and tomatoes should feature in your diet. Citrus fruits, pomegranate, melons are good sources of C. You require 75 milligrams of vitamin C everyday. Give up sweetsand red meat. Skinless poultry, egg whites, and fish are good lean-protein choices. |
