Aromatherapy ingredients for skin/hair care
- To
rejuvenate standard skin one can use rose, lavender or chamomile essential
oils. Chamomile also works fine on dry or sensitive skin and skin
that is prone to spots or eczema.
- To
use any of these oils, put in quite a few drops into your desired
odourless face mask or add right into your bathtub water.

- Sandalwood
oil is effectual at plummeting some noticeable signs of aging such
as wrinkles and dry skin. Rose oils, frankincense, neroli and geranium
oils are also useful in treating grown-up skin.
- Palmarosa
oils are normally used in both skin and hair care products. These
oils have moisturizing and hydrating qualities and they excite cell
renewal.
- Besides
mixing essential oils into carrier oils, you can also blend them into
creams and lotions as long as these products don't have a smell. Then
just softly rub into skin.

oil and water.In a pot, mix 4 teaspoons of water, 2 teaspoons vinegarand
3 drops lemon oil. Massage into hair and clean well.
- One-half
cup dried up rosemary leaves mixed with 1/2 cup olive oil makes a
good hot oil treatment for hair. Mix ingredients in a pan and heat
up. Coat hair with the mix then enfold in plastic for
20 minutes. Wash carefully.
