Gold is associated with the sun, and therefore related to profusion and control, higher ideals, knowledge, and accepting. It is emotionally invigorating, refreshing and exciting, and helpful for fear, doubt, and lack of attention. Pale gold is brilliant for gloom and sharpens the intelligence.

Silver is the colour of the moon, which is everchanging. It relates to the feminine principle and the emotional, sensitive aspect of the mind. It balances, harmonizes, and is mentally cleansing.
How to Use the Colours
The most excellent way to get the most advantage from colour is to contemplate upon it. All you have to choose which colour you would like to benefit from. Clear your mind, take a little profound breathes from your belly and gaze upon the colour. Inhalation in the colour, feel it ooze into your skin and deep inside you. Carry on breathing deep and slow. You may look intently at the colour for around 15 minutes if you wish. You may do for longer or more than one time a day also. |
Please keep in mind this is not a cure but here to help you with what you want to achieve. If you feel you can not contemplate correctly do not fail to remember that practice makes perfect. Not everyone is born a meditater.
Put into practice listening to your breath, may be put on some mild music or nature sounds. Most of all intent look at the colour, feel it and see it becoming part of you. This is your time to gather the benefits of it so take you time and get pleasure from it.
