Symptoms of Stress
There are more than a few signs and symptoms that you may notice when you are experiencing stress. These signs and symptoms fall into four groups: Feelings, Thoughts, Behavior, and Physiology. When you are below stress, you may understand one or more of the following:
Feelings
• Feeling concerned.
• Feeling terrified.
• Feeling short-tempered.
• Feeling morose.
Thoughts
• Low confidence.
• Fear of collapse.
• Inability to give attention to.
• Upsetting easily. • Disturbed about the future.
• Fixation with thoughts
• Absentmindedness
Behavior
• Stuttering and other language difficulties.
• Howling for no visible cause.
• Acting on impulse.
• Surprising easily.
• Laughing in a high pitch and anxious tone of voice.
• Grinding your teeth.
• Heavy smoking habits.
• Growing use of drugs and alcohol.
• Being mishap prone.
• Losing your hunger or overeating.
Physiology
• Perspiration /sweaty hands.
• Increased heart beat.
• Trembling.
• Anxious ticks.
• Waterlessness of throat and mouth.
• Exhausting easily.
• Urinating frequently.
• Sleeping problems.
• Diarrhea / indigestion / vomiting.
• Headaches.
• Premenstrual anxiety.
• Pain in the neck and or lower back.
• Vulnerability to illness.
