The zodiacal sign of Libra commences on September 23rd, but for seven days, being overlapped by the "cusp" of the previous sign, it does not come into full power until on or about September 28th. From this date onwards it is in full strength until October 22nd and then for seven days gradually loses its strength on account of being overlapped by the "cusp" of the incoming sign "Scorpio".
Libra is symbolised by a pair of justice scales indicating their love of balance and harmony. With Venus ruling this sign, they are adverse to arguments and are always gentle, soft-spoken, modest and courteous. They like beautiful objects and like the Venus ruled Taureans, enjoy luxuries, having a good time and patronising the arts. They are as a rule very even-tempered; they are born " peacemakers " for they detest "scenes" disputes and quarrels. They are neat and tidy and dislike seeing things in disorder. Librans are not particularly self-motivated, do not like being alone and can be much too preoccupied with finding a marriage partner. In fact, relationships usually direct the course of their lives. In love and affection persons born in this period of the zodiac are not very demonstrative, rather too analytical. They often suffer disillusion and disappointment in love.
MATERIAL SUCCESS
They have little or no regard for the value of money and rarely involve their affairs through rash speculation and reckless enterprise. If Librans make money they are seldom able to hold on it in their advanced year.

Libran crimes revolve around - sex, genocide, war, egotism, and determined laying down of law, a hatred of conventionality and a mania to be the new Messiah. It becomes doubly daring with his charisma and debating skill. He breaks law "Legally". He could win your confidence and sell your secret to the highest bidder and convinced you that it is for your good.
